Rubina Dilaik debuted her TV actress career from the 2008 Indian soap opera ‘Chotti Bahu’, as the lead ‘Radhika’. She got a lot of fame from the serial ‘Chotti Bahu’. This serial was telecasted on Zee TV. She was cast opposite to Abhinas Sachdev. Later she reprised the role in the show’s sequel in 2010.
In 2012, she was selected for the role of Smiley Gill in ‘Saas Bin Sasural’ that was telecast on Sony TV. In 2013, she had been auditioned for the role of Divya Jakhotia in Zee TV’s ‘Punar Vivah- Ek Nayi Umeed’. She got selected and worked with Karan Grover in the opposite.
