Aahana Kumra Career
Aahana had an inclinationation towards acting since her childhood. After she completed her schooling, she started working for Prithvi Theater in Mumbai. She had worked as a back stage helper to ticket selling.
After finishing her Degree in acting from Whistling Woods International, she started her professional career in Theaters. Her first stage project was with Akvarious Productions. Later she worked in several plays with Naseeruddin Shah’s theater company Motley, where she played leading roles in ‘By George’ and ‘Arms and the Man’.
Meanwhile she worked in many advertisements and Short Films. She worked for brands like Garnier, ICICI Bank, KFC, Reliance Internet, Red Label Tea, SBI Life Insurance, Cox and Kings, Revlon etc.
Aahana worked in a play with Makrand Deshpande called “Sona Spa” in 2013 which later converted to a film and it became her debut Film in the industry.
Her debut TV appearnce came in Amitabh Bachchan Starrer “Yudh” on Sony Entertainment Television in 2013. “Yudh” was directed by Anurag Kashyap and it had 20 Episodes. Aahana played the important role of Mr. Bachchan’s daughter named Taruni Sikarwar.
Aahana worked in a lead role in TV crime thriller show Agent Raghav – Crime Branch, as Agent Trisha Dewan opposite Sharad Kelkar in year 2015.
